The One Washington executive steering committee voted to adopt newly crafted project goals for the first financial implementation of the Workday system to replace AFRS. Through The Way Forward sub-project, the program will reflect upon and use these goals to drive work in the next three reassessment buckets: project scope for the first financial implementation, the deployment approach and ultimately, a re-baselined project schedule.
