Scott Nicholson took an opportunity in the private sector while Tomy Mollas, our director of OCM, took an opportunity in another state to be with his family. These departures happened concurrently with budget constraint implications that effected contracted positions, including the position of John Anderson.”

The Way Forward” is a special short-term sub-project established by the One Washington program to assess and recommend changes to the One Washington financials baseline implementation. The changes are to ensure that appropriate processes, resources, and plans are in place to support the journey of the One Washington program.

There are four key areas of The Way Forward to re baseline the program: program goals for financial transformation, scope, deployment, and schedule. Surveys for the first three key areas were conducted to seek agency feedback through the agency support team (AST) network. The planning team reviewed each agency’s response and made substantial changes based on the feedback received.
